LOFT statement sleeve navy and forest green dress

I bought this dress by LOFT before they came out with their LOFTPlus line (only online, still salty about that, should be in stores, too!) It’s like a 12/14, but it fits really small, so I’d say it fits more like a 10/12. Beautiful pattern, good quality. Only worn ONCE. In great condition.
