Ann Taylor LOFT blue pattern shift dress. slight a-line style. fully lined in same color. back zip w/hook&eye closure. 2 front slant pockets 16" across bust 34.5" measuring from top of shoulder. measuring from top of shoulder to bottom of armpit is just about 8" great condition/worn a few times 100%cotton dry clean
