LOFT summer dress, adjustable spaghetti straps, with stretchy ruching on the back with a zipper. Size 14. A-line, empire waist. NWT however there are 2 small holes in the fabric (front around the thigh area and back near the bottom - see pics). Dress measures 22" from empire waist.
