LOFT embellished tank with Ruffles!

Have actually never worn this. Basically brand new for the exception of it sitting in my closet for a year. Bought it at the holidays as the polka dots are sparkly velvet with a see through mesh material. It's great to wear under a cardigan or oversized sweater or by itself as it is light and airy yet thick enough to wear on its own. Cute Ruffles 3/4 of the top.😊
