Great for fall or winter with tights! Super easy to throw on and go. I wore it for work and out for dinner. I wore this less than 5 times. always washed on cold and hung to dry. 3/4 length sleeves. The waistband is elastic but it does not have pockets. waist 14.5" unstretched armpit to armpit 19" armpit to hem 30"
