LOFT White Jeans estimated size 10- 12

Hand me downs from my friend, the tag was cut out of these beautiful white jeans. The estimated size is 12. See pictures for measurements and use this as a guide as well. They are a cotton and spandex blend. So there is some stretch. When I gently tug side to side and measure, the waist is 2×17” wide. The hip area gently tugged measures 2 x 20” across. You can use these measurements and assume that they will stretch even a little bit further with the spandex. When compared with the size chart this appears to be approximately size 10-12. Please refer to flat lay pictures with measurements plus the additional information given above to account for the stretch. I’m sorry I cannot be more specific with without the size tag. See last picture for the size chart. Inseam is 29.5 inch. These may be cropped. I do not know. Measurement around bottom of leg is approximately 13 inches total Pre-owned from a smoke free home, these beautiful white jeans are in very good condition. I do see one very minor spot that is not too noticeable as seen in the picture with finger-pointing. It is approximately the size of a finger print and is a very light shade of yellow. This could possibly be worked out if it bothers you. I do not see any other flaws or stains. These jeans have been kept in very nice condition. Fast shipping
