LOFT Vibrant Floral Maxi Dress - Red, Yellow, White

Elegant maxi dress with bold floral patterns. Features red and yellow blooms on a white base. Sleeveless with a V-neckline. I added the first 2 pictures, this was a dress that I HAD to have and never did wear and now can’t! It did not have the belt when I bought it but it is a cinched waist so I probably would have cut off belt loops. Left there for next owner to decide
