@mzztylez hi! The skirt is 84% polyester, 15% rayon, and 1% other metallic.
Laying flat, it measures 16.5 inches long and bout 15 inches at the waist. No slits, but some pleating and pockets. Let me know if you want any more info! It's a really great skirt.
