this gorgeous skirt's surprisingly heavy and substantial black lace layer makes it lay smooth and beautiful on the body. the waistband features thick elastic with gentle give. back darts and zip closure with hook and eye. new with tags and comes from a non smoking, no fragrance using household. Shell is 100% cotton, and blue lining is 74% polyester, 18% rayon, 8% spandex. Zip closure with hook and eye and inner waistband is almost 2" wide and elasticized.
