LOFT Petite (slightly) Sheer Blouse

Sheer dark blue with cream design top. Partial button down in front. Sleeves are a little more than 3/4 length. 100% polyester. In excellent condition, maybe worn twice. It is dark enough that it can be worn on its own or over a tank/camisole.
