LOFT Petite Midi Dress with Flutter Sleeve

This has been worn twice to two weddings. It’s in great condition. A little wrinkled at the neckline but can easily be fixed with wrinkle release. Some minor fraying that can be cut on one of the sleeves. Such a comfortable dress. High-low with navy and white stripes. Optional tie at the waist. Missing one of the belt loops for the tie.
