This versatile skirt by LOFT OUTLET is perfect to fashionably ward of a chill after yoga class, run errands, or dress up with nice boots for a date. stylishlabrador Hi dressladylove. This is a L or a 12-14. The measurements are WAIST: 32.75" and HIP: 42.75". If the waist is too big, there is a drawstring to make it just the right fit. Let me know if you have any other questions. Kathryn
