LOFT Navy Patterned Gathered Skirt

Skirt has a fan and shell diamond pattern, turquoise, gray, white, blue, red-orange against a navy background; 91% polyester, 9% spandex. 22” long. Fully elastic, gathered waistband is 27”x2” to further gather waist is a 54”x1/8” navy twisted cord with 1” tassels on each end. Hip measurement: 39”. Right & left side pockets, 9”Lx 5”W with 6.5” slanted openings. 4.5” long rounded slits (vents) right & left front sides, 2” from sides. Machine wash and dry. In perfect condition; never worn. NWOT.
