NWT - Loose fit, soft, cute and comfy swing shell that has metal button at back of neck and wide peplum “ish” trim at the bottom. Please note, this top was originally listed as Slate Grey...but I would describe it as Sage Green. Bust - 21” Length from shoulder - 22” Flares out to 29” at the bottom.
