LOFT High-Waist Lace Skirt 2P

Selling this high waist skirt from LOFT that is bright blue with a beautiful lace overlay. I would call it a pencil skirt shape, but the fabric is relaxed and not stretchy. Zips in back with a clasp that is coming off (see last pic). Just needs a quick stitch and could do for you if sold. Size 2P.
