LOFT High Waisted Stretch Ribbed Black Miniskirt XS

Super cute and versatile stretch black skirt in a thick, stretchy, thinly-ribbed cotton blend fabric. Hits above bellybutton. Doesn't ride up. Perfect for wearing with tights in the fall/winter. The fabric is thick enough it doesn't show pantylines, and you can tuck a medium-weight shirt into it as well. Moderate wear. No visible flaws. I got two seasons of wear out of this but it's a little too small on me now. Meas (flat): Waist: 14"+stretch Hips: 16" Length: 17" Comes from a house with a cat.
