LOFT Floral Cinched Puffy Sleeve Blouse

Never been worn, new without the tag. Loft brand blouse with the material cinched at the body with puffed sleeves. There is a blue and green floral print all over. The size is an XXL and I bought it oversized from what I usually wear, thinking it would would be cute with some overalls I just bought but it’s not quite what I was looking for. No holes or stains, smoke free home. I do have a small dog, but there is no hair on the clothing (just informing for allergies).
