LOFT Bright Watercolor Floral Ruffle Neck Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pepperandgrey. I've lost weight & this gorgeous (LOVE the colors) blouse no longer fits. It's still in perfect condition & ready to go to a new home. 😉 I have many MANY more LOFT items (blouses/shirts/pants/slacks/cardigans) that I'll be listing as I am looking to sell & replace them with a smaller size.
