LOFT Black Skirt

Beautiful skirt with nice detail on the bottom. It runs big as a size 4P. I’m usually a Medium, sometimes a Large in bottoms (size 6/8). There are indents at the top of the skirt from the hanger. See photos. Fully lined inside. Length - 18.5” Top of skirt for waist - 30”
