Polka dotted rayon 1940's style dress from Loco Lindo. This is an older tag style for this brand, they've been around since 1992. This is probably later 90's. This style is a popover, with a button bodice and cropped sleeves. Black with ivory, burgundy-brown, and olive green. Tagged as S, please compare the measurements below with a non-stretch dress you have at home that fits well. They're still making this style, just in different prints. Great condition!
