Light blue / periwinkle pullover wind / water resistant hooded insulated light weight jacket front kangaroo pocket pull chord cinch waist. NWT!!!! Marked Petite, however, I am 5'9" and it fits me like a normal medium. The arms are long enough and hits at a "normal" spot for medium.
