@friendmind hi! When zipped up shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches, shoulder to bottom hem is 48 inches, and arm length is between 28/29 inches. I am 5’2 and 120 pounds - this coat falls about an inch above my ankles and over all fits me well, but is slightly loose.
