High waisted 100% cotton khaki shorts Tag size: 10 Reg Elastic waist with button & zipper closure Measurements lying flat but not stretched Waist: 13.5” but very stretchy (have elastic on the sides) Length: 18.5” Hips: 21” Inseam: 7” Front rise: 12.5” For reference I am 5’10 size 4/6 and these fit great.
