in good condition - has some normal wear, small holes on bottom inner aspect of coat where the elastic pull cord is but does not affect use of the elastic pull cord or wearability. some wear also to the main zipper at the bottom but again does not affect wear at all. zipper still works perfectly. very thick sturdy zipper. this coat is so thick and warm. insulated with goose down. numerous pockets with zippers and snap buttons the hood is removable from the coat and the faux fur trim on the hood is removable as well. quilted interior lining perfect for all your outdoor winter activities
