originalashley @laposhbleu Hi! Yes, the total rise is 29.... that is from the center of the front (belly button, if you will...), down around the crotch & up to the center of the back waistband.

laposhbleu Usually, Rise is from the wast seam to crotch seam, and inseam is from crotch seam to leg hem so typically rise + inseam = side seam. Im curvy petite/short so Im hard to fit. The hip is good fit on these shorts but Im not sure about the waist/rise/inseam fit.

laposhbleu @originalashley yes. I misspoke. I need short inseam. The classic fit rise is good for me but it’s as high as i can go.

originalashley @laposhbleu Hi again! I do not have the item with me so I can’t measure it again right now. But I always measure things before listing them, so I think the inseam is 9 inches. That might be too long for you, as you said in a previous message that you are petite?

laposhbleu @originalashley Thank you ... I couldnt quite figure out where we determined the inseam was 9" (my eyes are bad) Yes, prefer petite depending on the style. I like that these are slightly heavier weight fabric, more smooth, a bit more flared in the hip & leg, but I usually need shorter inseams for flared shorts.
