Lovely strapless dress from Liz Claiborne for a special occasion! Black and silver striping in a sheath style. Fully lined, back vent. Size 8. See approximate tape measurements in photos. Fabric is 64% poly 36% rayon to hand wash or dry clean. Great condition. Only observed flaw is a thread pull near the rear vent (last photo). Set-in waist. There are wide belt loops but no belt included; they could be cut off and dress is easily worn beltless. Sharp dress!
