Gorgeous dress! Very black with embroidered flowers (raised) in lovely colors inc. purple, yellow, and red. Sleeves a bit shorter than short sleeves, but not short enough to be cap sleeves. The length from the back neck to the bottom back hem is 34 1/2". The back zipper is a hidden zipper with a hook and eye closure at the top. There is a 5-in slit at the bottom of the dress in the back, but it is the type with one side overlapping the other so it's not an actual open slit. P2P 18". Removable shoulder pads (not under the lining). There are long fairly invisible seams, front and back, to give the dress some nice shape.
