@maidenlanedcs you replied in caps NO when I asked if it came with a dust bag,like I was bothering you. Yout team answered me. A simple no. Would have made me feel a lot better about my purchase. That was an expensive purchase for me and I’m not even feeling happy about it. Not you Britt whoever your moderator is. Just thought you should let them know. Caps mean screaming. I felt scolded. Free shipping might help me feel better.

@landud Your message is a bit confusing. Are you accusing me or my team? I am kind to EVERYONE so for someone to accuse ME of doing this the we have a problem. I never said no to you at any point in my show. Nor did I know a team member of mine did. I can't read every message in my show because of how fast they go. I can't control how you read comments in the chat. If a team member just wrote no to answer your question then I don't see what the big deal it. I doubt they said, "No!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

@landud BTW, my moderators are instructed to talk in all caps. It's always been that way since my very first show. It helps me identify their comments when questions arise or request are made. You've been in my shows on multiple occasions so I thought you would know that that is how my moderators chat. But no worries, I'm glad you understand.
