@anslja I’m so glad you caught me! I will not be available again until Sunday night. This is a blend of 55% cotton and 45% polyester, very lightweight and will “swish” as you walk and flirty. There really is no stretch. LAYING IT FLAT, THE MEASUREMENT FROM UNDERARM TO UNDERARM IS 21 INCHES (OR 42 INCHES AROUND). I hope this helps!
