Vintage mini skirt from Lip Service's Punk and Disorderly line (item #46-156). Made in the US which places it in the early 2000's before they moved their production to China. Measures 14" across the waist lying flat and 11.5" waist to hem, fabric does not stretch. Fastens in the front with 2 velcro strips and the buckles as shown. Like new condition with no known flaws, the previous owner sold it to me without the kilt pin but I have replaced it with a brand new one.
