Super rare! This skirt has practical garters in the front to raise the hem into a high-low AND in the back, to add a bustle effect. Along the garters are silver pyramid studs. There is a zipper in the back for ease of wear. Has about an inch of stretch, even in the waist, so it's a comfortable medium.
