LILLY for Target maxi dress: GIRLS or women about size 4-6

Never worn, great resort-style print, Junior size 14/16 (elastic waist, pit-pit = 17”, fabric feels like light knit but is 100% rayon. Washable. I would also consider it wearable as a Small adult size, around 4-6-8. Non-smoking home.
