LILLI ANN 1980's nautical midi skirt XS S (B1)

1980's era "Lilli Ann Collections" midi skirt. Washable polyester, in a red-navy-white nautical print. Pull-on, the elastic isn't super stretchy anymore, but is not "dead". Waist goes from 29-35", I think if you decided to replace the elastic, this would become a true XS. 46" hip, 32.5" long. The last picture shows a couple speckle spots I found, they totally don't show when you wear it.
