LIKELY Phillips Embellished Dress. Black with gem rosettes. Long sleeve. Small slit on front side. Key hole cutout in back with fabric covered buttons at back of mock neck. Mini length. Completely obsessed! I bought for myself at retail price for an event but it was too small, I needed a size 6-8 (I wear between a small and a medium). This size 4 is definitely best for an extra small or true small. No stretch. Zipper back. New without tags!
