@lilymamalove hi! I don’t think there are any marks on the corduroy other than from being on a hanger or wrinkles from laying folded once I listed it to sell. Like nothing wrong with the fabric that I can tell.

@lilymamalove also, I updated the pictures so that maybe that is clearer on the fabric question. I also added a picture with a tape measure to show the flat waist measurement - it’s about 16.25” when held taut
