LIKE NEW Off the Shoulder Tunic Dress

NWOT Off the shoulder dress with long flowing sleeves it's a little short so you could totally wear it as a top with leggings and boots in the fall. Would look super cute this way. Can be dressed down or dressed up, I styled it with a brown belt but it still looks great on its own, no tags but never worn, perfect condition
