I am 5'1" and 130 lbs, can you suggest if this is way out of my size range or not? I typically look for a skin to shirt i usually look for a 18" arm pit to arm pit measurement Thanks

@samuno253 I am 5’5 and 140 lbs and usually wear a small and this medium definitely runs small and fits small. I have a younger sister who is about the same size as you and she has tried this jacket on and it fits her perfectly
