The original owner opened the box and filled out the "Lenox Lifetime Breakage Replacement Policy," but I'm including it to make sure it's as complete as possible. The date she signed the card was June 2005. She ordered it with "The Jackson Family" inscribed on the tree holder (see pics), but it would be really easy to turn that to the back (see pics) - or even better if your name is Jackson! It may have been set up before, but everything is there and comes back in its original packaging in like new condition. See pics for everything included.
