kdshopper @karensline I contacted the customer service to see if they’ll just help and hopefully send prepaid labels even though it’s beyond 3 days, but if not, I’ll purchase another pair for a friend, send the 13 back and you can put both pairs in the shipment. I prefer they send the labels, so I’ll wait to see what they say first. Please don’t sell the 3. And do you have a 3 or 3.5 in the black ones that are just like this?
