Decor Crystal display or frame oval elegant — Preowned — I think this is Garandi France crystal — I think this is a frame, but imho it would be a pain in the neck to cut an oval photo to the exact size. And there is no ‘cover’ to hold the photo in. I think this is better used as a display in front of a window. Or place a bud vase in front of it or a candle —It’s really pretty! —heavy
