tiamat64 @yvette_6462 I am sorry I did miss read my description so the waist is 19 1/4 however, I included three pictures that show there is an elastic also, the hips are measuring 21 1/4 I’ve also included a shot of that to see if you want the measurement lower I’m a short person, so it was hard for me to tell
