LE Smith USA 1920s Set Of 6 “Aztec” Clear Glass Cups, 3 x 2.5”
Great vintage condition consistent with its age. Pictures are part of the description, please check them & let me know if you require additional ones.
Defects & imperfections — please check pictures taken under bright light & magnification: one cup has a noticeable chip on the base edge. It doesn’t affect how it sits or its use, but it’s there and visible when inspected.
Fascinating Fun Facts:
•L.E. Smith was founded in 1907 in Jeannette, PA, and became known for its pressed and elegant glassware, including Depression glass, milk glass, and patterns like this striking Aztec.
•The Aztec pattern features sharp geometric designs and radiating starbursts — a reflection of the fascination with exotic and bold motifs of the 1920s.
•These cups work wonderfully for eggnog, espresso, fruit salads, mini desserts, or even as votive holders — not just for punch!
•The cups are clearly marked with the L.E. Smith hallmark on the base, a nice bonus for collectors.
