LConrad Palm leaf design 3/4 sleeve blouse

Black with green palm leaf design. Hangs about 2.5 inches longer in back. Hangs straight - no gathering at waist. Falls at hips. Ends of sleeves do not have elastic but are finished with gathered trim and a small functioning button. Material is SEE THROUGH - can be worn over bathing suit top or tank. Very light. Does have some tiered fabric detail at top and in shoulder area- very subtle - see photos.
