Hi - what’s the waist and bust for size 6 & 8?also is this jumper like skirt or skort meaning from pic it’s difficult to say if it’s divided in center

Hi, Thanks for checking out my jumper dress. First, it is a skirt at the bottom. The waist is 31" for the size 6, 32" for the size 8. There really isn't any way to measure the bust because it is just the front panel. There are straps in the back that adjust like bra shoulder straps. Since the sides are open on top it will pretty much adjust to any bust size.
