LC Lauren Conrad Button Up Blouse

LC Lauren Conrad black and cream butterfly blouse. It has the feature to wear the sleeves long or to have them cuffed up and it will be held with a button (see the sixth picture). It does have pleats going down the center of the top on either side of the buttons. It does have a v feature on the back of the shirt at the bottom.
