LC Collections White Ruffled Bloomers with Blue Hydrangea Embroidery S/9M NWOT

NWOT, never washed or worn Custom made Smoke free home Size S/9M/16-19lbs, I don’t know because she never wore them, but IMO these look like they run small. However my daughter had chunky little legs and the few times she did wear bloomers of any brand we always had to size up! I absolutely love these, they’re beautiful and I hate that she never wore them, but bloomers weren’t practical for her at this age as she was still only crawling and bubbles were easier than dresses for her to get around in!
