LC Collections Custom “C” Embroidered Ruffle Bloomers, Floral & Bow Details S/9M

NWOT, never washed or worn Custom made Smoke free home Size S/9M/16-19lbs. I don’t know because she never wore them, but IMO these look like they run small. However my daughter had chunky little legs and the few times she did wear bloomers of any brand we always had to size up! I think this is such a charming and sweet design, I hate that she never wore them, but bloomers weren’t practical for her at this age and she was still only crawling and bubbles were easier then dresses for her to get around in!
