LBD but much more with a lace touch

This black and lace cocktail dress is beautiful. 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Only worn once on a Greek Cruise, and has been dry cleaned. Little spaghetti straps and scalloped lace all around the top. Does fit small. More like an 8
