@naggirl56 Yes - the black band you see at the top is elastic so there is stretch if needed. There is also a back zip.

@naggirl56 This was a bit difficult to measure exactly - about 35 in. at the hip. There is a good amount of elasticity in the fabric as it’s a thin, stretchy felted wool.
