remikw @emmyblueeyes Lying flat the waist is 12.5", the front of the skirt is 17.5" from waist to hem, and the back is 31".

remikw @emmyblueeyes I added a picture of it worn too. It fits my natural waist (25") perfectly with just enough give so that it isn't going to cut into me when I breathe or sit.
